John Gessner wins HBAM Consultant of the Year Award
John Gessner, President of GSML was recently honored as the “Consultant of the Year” for 2009 at the Land Development Council Awards of Excellence in Community Development Program of the Homebuilders Association of Maryland in recognition of his outstanding contributions to the land development industry. John, who concentrates his practice in real estate, zoning and land use, business law and estate planning, has been an associate member of the Board of Directors of the Upper Chesapeake Chapter of HBAM for many years. He has also been a speaker at the MICPEL Land Use Institute and has been recognized as a Maryland “Super Lawyer”. Congratulations John!
