Mr. Stover is an associate of Gessner, Snee, Mahoney and Lutche, P.A. Upon graduating from law school in 2000, Mr. Stover served for a year as the judicial law clerk to the Honorable William O. Carr, the Administrative Judge for the Circuit Court for Harford County. Mr. Stover has for the past 7 years represented clients in contract disputes, commercial landlord/tenant matters, corporate transactions, real estate transactions, and civil litigation in Harford, Cecil and Baltimore Counties. Mr. Stover’s practice includes the annexation, subdivision and zoning approvals for residential and commercial developments. Mr. Stover represents lenders in foreclosure actions and purchasers in tax sale redemption foreclosures. He also prepares homeowner’s association documents, restrictive covenants, and commercial condominium documents.
Mr. Stover has lived in Harford County since 1982 and is a graduate of Harford Christian High School. He is active in civic and community activities. He currently serves as legal counsel for Harford Habitat for Humanity, Inc., is on the Board of Directors of the Route 40 Business Association and was appointed to a five year term on the Board of Trustees for Harford Community College by Governor Robert Ehrlich in 2004.
