Mr. Snee, Jr. is a shareholder of Gessner, Snee, Mahoney & Lutche, P.A. He was admitted to practice law in the State of Maryland in January, 1985. Mr. Snee has over 22 years of general practice law experience. Mr. Snee has extensive experience in land use, real estate, entity formation, landlord/tenant, administrative, business, construction, contracts, criminal, juvenile, liquor license and litigation. Mr. Snee’s practice also involves considerable emphasis on governmental relations with Harford County and the State of Maryland.

Mr. Snee is admitted to practice law before the Harford County Bar, the Court of Appeals of Maryland, the United States District Court for the District of Maryland and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.

Mr. Snee is active in many civic, community and political activities. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Maryland Environmental Service, originally appointed by Governor Schaefer in June, 1994. He is a member of the Upper Chesapeake Foundation Board. Mr. Snee is a member of the Al Cesky Scholarship Fund, Inc. He has served as the campaign manager for a Harford County Executive and five Harford County Circuit Court judges. Mr. Snee has also been active in fundraising activities for charitable causes, including the American Heart Association, March of Dimes and the ARC Northern Chesapeake Region.

Mr. Snee and his family are lifelong residents of Harford County. Mr. Snee resides in Bel Air with his wife Kim and their two children, Megan and Joey.
